Jean Lambert Teaching Tennis Methodology

Teaching has always been my Passion and it does have the highest of consideration in the many Functions and Roles of the Profession of Coaching. If you have that Attitude, then you have a chance to provide a solution to the weakest link of the Profession of Coaching: Teaching

Teaching is the most important Role in the Profession of Coaching !

You can't be a Great Coach if you're not a Great Teacher !

Gimmicks and tricks edited in some of those magazines which are an insult to the Profession of Teaching

Gimmicks and tricks are simple tools that do not necessarily teach WHY, WHEN, HOW TO BE, WHAT, WHERE, HOW and UNDERSTAND

So, the Paradigm of a Teaching Methodology needs to be constantly updated, improved, adjusted to the reality of what it should be for our today's world, for our today's NEEDS as a Professional Teacher

Some of my many Functions and Roles as a Researcher, are Concepting and Designing. They are my passion ! They have been my main energy supply towards the development of the knowledge acquisition and production systems I have designed and developed.  Teaching for me is more than a profession and a passion, it is also an art.  I always commit myself to make everything that can possibly be done to make our profession the best that it should be.  A perpetual development process !  I will always find the time and pleasure for doing it !
