Coaching Methodology
Course Objective: To provide the structure
and principles of a Coaching Methodology for tennis
Course Content and Direction:
The Conceptual Model deals with three
fundamental aspects, WHY ?
The Development Factors deals as much with
the development of human skills as much as competence skills related to
tennis, WHY ?
The Coaching Curriculum offers four
systematic and scientific dimensions
Teaching Methodology
Course Objective: To provide you with the
fundamental structure, principles of a Teaching Methodology for tennis
Course Content and Direction:
There are two fundamental aspects in regards
to teaching tennis: Strategy and Playing Intelligence, Action Procedures
In Strategy and Playing Intelligence we take
care of the Vision of Play, the WHY and WHEN, dealing with 7 Game Situations
and 7 Contextuals
In the Action Procedures we take care of:
Character Development, the HOW TO BE
Attention Level, the WHAT
Intention and Decision, the WHERE
The Playing Context, the HOW
The Feedback Process, the UNDERSTAND
Now in the Action Procedures, which is the
execution of playing tennis, you must include in your teaching the Deployment
of Human Character: Attitudes, Behaviors and Personal Resources. You will be
taught how to apply them to the playing and competing context
Character Deployment And Development
Course Objective:
To provide with the knowledge of what really is the composure of Character
Strength, its Education and Development
Course Content and Direction:
The fundamental structure of
the Character is: Character Main Components, Character Ethics skills and
Character skills
Do you understand how they
can interact with each other ?
Did you know that there are
approximately 250 character skills and attributes in the Human Character ?
There are five fundamental
rules in regards to Character Development
The absolute necessity to
develop character skills to match the environment in which we have to
express ourselves
The absolute necessity to
develop character skills to gain freedom and independence
Character skills are also
POWER skills
Field skills always allow
us to be able to perform, but on equal talent, Character skills will always
make the difference
Character skills, with a
proper educational environment, can be learned and developed as well as Field skills
