PARADOX
In the field of Education, when individuals
or athletes eventually get a degree, they are taught what I call "field
skills" for their trade...
But no nation, no institution, no education
ministry in any country, take care of developing the "character" and
this is so paradoxical... They all fail to realize that
"character" manages those "field skills"... On equal
talent, on equal skills, the individual that has the most "character"
will always get the edge under adverse conditions, under pressure situations...
They will be able to "survive" more than anyone else...
In Character Profile View, we are referring
to Human Character... Often one confuses the personality with the character, but
there is an enormous difference between the two... Human Character defines what
I call "our personal stamp" through the three Principal Components -
Attitudes, Behaviors, Personal Resources...
The personality, to some extent plays the
role of trademark... It will define the style of interpersonal communication,
the tone by which we will interact with each other on the interpersonal level...
Human character is what I call BEING and is
the backbone of "field skills" or "competence skills"...
