But being a teacher is not enough... So many teachers are just content with that... You can be a teacher during all your career without being a great one... You need to have the ambition to be great as a teacher and to do so, you need to come up with an attitude... And the attitude to have is that you’ve got the have the passion for it and the faculty to treat your profession as a culture and as an "art"... Those are the fundamental prerequisites

I’ve had a career which have gone into different stages: professional coaching and teaching, research, knowledge engineering

What you should expect from my brand of teaching is one that has a background of coaching/teaching, a lot of research and last but not least Knowledge Engineering... The Paradigm of my teaching evolves around the following principles:

As a Knowledge Engineer/Teacher I am so much concerned about Knowledge Management and Knowledge Production

As a Teacher I not only transmit knowledge but I also have to transmit human skills in the process.  I am also very much concerned with the teachability (being able to be taught) of individuals. I always confront those individuals as time and energy are to precious to be wasted

As a Researcher I am more concerned with Questions than Answers as they are the foundation of Knowledge Engineering
