Being a Research Institution, we are very much concerned by how Individuals relate with Coaching, Development, Personal Growth and Interpersonal Issues

Through my 40 years of Professional Coaching, as a Teacher and specially as a Researcher, I know there is a king of scarcity syndrome to being a World Champion. Unfortunately there are too many talented individuals who do not have the possibilities to reach that status

As a Researcher I eventually developed an Expert System in relation to Character and it’s Deployment - "Character Profile View".  It is located in our Consulting4 Tennis Department.  It's objective is to develop human character and provide an edge for individuals who have the aspiration to become the best that they can possibly be. Research through this Knowledge System proved that on equal talent, the one that has most character will always have the edge

I have also developed a special development program that incorporates the Philosophy of doing so much more than develop "field skills" for the athlete, but to develop the "person first" as this may open so much more possibilities to Greatness. Development of Greatness and Human Perfection can be very systematic just as much as "athletic skills" can be

This program incorporates the following Curriculum:

Personal Effectiveness, Personal Being, Character Deployment, Mental Fitness, Psychology Of Winning

The wisdom behind all this is that the systematic development of "athletic skills", even with the best environment, will not guaranty Greatness and Human Perfection. We saw too many disappointment in the last Olympics that proved that

You have to become a Champion as a human being and then you open all possibilities to Greatness and Human Perfection. So I provide an environment that may develop systematically human skills. Strong Human Skills will provide an edge, combined with the best of athletic skills

One aspect that does not make any sense to me in the field of Coaching is the incapacity or ignorance of systematically developing Human Character

If you need an observer, a catalyst, if you need to create the lens through which you want to see your career, if you need a critical eye and mind to adjust your performance and/or to give it a liftoff, if you need a collaborator, if your needs as an athlete and as a performer are not all met...
